The complementary styles of BaJi and PiGua focus on compact, explosive full-body movements and space-gripping arm techniques. During training we explore our bodies, go to our limits – and beyond.
Through targeted tensing and relaxing, alignment and balance as well as conscious breathing, we direct the flow of power and energy. We practice the application of selected techniques respectfully and in accordance with our personal abilities. Traditional Chinese teachings go hand in hand with current findings from sports science.
Our training is aimed at people of all ages from 16 years upwards without any prerequisites.
