Training for children and youths

Our versatile and varied training is based on Shaolin Kungfu, but also includes calm elements such as mindfulness exercises or stretching. Children and young people playfully develop positive qualities such as balance, respect, self-confidence and stamina.

On a physical level, the training promotes joint stability and mobility. Ligaments and muscles become stronger, speed and endurance increase. Coordination improves and the entire nervous system is positively influenced.

The training is aimed at children and young people from 6 to 18 years of age without any prerequisites.
