For me, bodywork is the central theme in our training, and
I never leave a training session without learning something new.


For me as a small person, BaJi fits very well because I need to be close to the opponent to be able to achieve something. I like that the applications (can) have such a direct effect!


Especially when I'm there regularly, I notice how much lessons intertwine.


I think it's good that we laugh a lot in training, that the atmosphere is relaxed, but that we still practise with concentration.


The training is application and health-oriented and helps me to improve my body dynamics. The training provides concrete techniques for self-defence, teaches martial arts training and explains to me the connection between KungFu and QiGong.
